How can I retrieve my previous game progress after reinstalling the game?

Q: I have accidentally deleted the game and clear the game data, and when I reinstall and login again, it keeps me at "Newplayer" and everything back to beginner. How could I retrieve my previous game progress? 

A: In that case, please first make sure you have already saved the previous game progress to your Google/ Game Center account. If you have already saved, please reinstall the game and login. Tap the avatar to enter Profile interface, and then tap "Setting" buttons -- "Account" -- "Do you want to save the current game progress to your Google account?" -- "YES". Then you will back to previous game progress. 

If you haven't saved it to your Google/ Game Center account, please submit a ticket to get help. Remember to upload your previous screenshots and the current "Newplayer" screenshot. Good luck.
